At PeakFootwear, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your stride, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your footwear is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back into their original PeakFootwear box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or carton.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
